Rahmatan Lil Alamin Foundation (RLAF) has raised a total sum of S$200,000 in humanitarian aid for victims of the earthquake that struck Myanmar and Thailand in March 2025.

The fundraising initiative was spearheaded by the RLAF in partnership with the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) and ran from Apr. 2 to 30.

RLAF is a non-governmental organisation set up by MUIS (Islamic Religious Council of Singapore) in 2005 for the Singaporean Muslim community to render compassion to the poor, needy, and victims of disaster regardless of faith or race.

“This campaign is a testament to the power of collaboration, compassion, and shared responsibility. I am very heartened by the generosity shown by Singaporeans, including the Muslim community, who rallied together in support of this cause,” he said.
