Café known for New York-style sandwiches opens 2nd outlet in Bugis

Korio, known for its grilled sandwiches and brioche doughnuts, has just opened its second outlet in Singapore.

The new store is just a short walk from Bugis MRT station and offers a space for dine-in and takeaway.

Alongside the classics, the Bugis store introduces two new sandwiches made just for this space:

Beef Brisket Sandwich (S$18.50++)

Slow-cooked grass-fed brisket, pickled red onions, and horseradish sauce on toasted sourdough.

BLT Sandwich (S$16.50++)

Crispy bacon, romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado, sunny-side egg, American cheese, and jalapeño ranch, served on a potato bun.

Signature Honey Sea Salt Doughnuts (S$5.50++)

House-made brioche doughnuts that have been fermented for 18 hours and fried until golden.

Grilled Cheese (S$15++)

Gruyère, cheddar, and mozzarella with caramelised onions and a side of tomato dip.

Sausage & Egg (S$13++)

Cheesy maple sausage patty, sunny-side egg, and hash brown in a potato bun.
