Sushi lovers rejoice.

Sushiro Singapore will be opening its newest outlet at Mandai Wildlife Reserve from June 11.

The outlet marks the sushi chain's 16th branch in Singapore.

According to a press release, the outlet will have a seating capacity of 279 pax.

Digital sushi dining

Instead of the usual conveyor belt filled with plates, each booth at the outlet features a touchscreen panel that stretches across the table.

Diners can select from an assortment of sushi on the screen and order via the digital conveyor belt.

The system aims to reduce food waste and improve hygiene.

Besides offering a digital sushi dining experience, the outlet also has an interactive "Dakkosushi" game mode.

Diners can engage in various trivia and slot games and win exclusive "Dakkosushi" collectibles such as stickers and magnets.

Prizes are awarded based on the number of orders placed.
