M'sia man allegedly slaps staff after getting angry over S$3.96 cai fan

A man in Malaysia lost his cool at an eatery when he discovered that his plate of mixed rice cost RM13 (S$3.96).
According to a Facebook post on May 31, the incident occurred in Ipoh on May 28 at around 4:30pm.
The caption stated that the man had ordered a plate of mixed rice from the eatery.
The man allegedly purchased three meat items and extra rice.

The man originally paid for his meal and seemed upset as he walked to a table.
He appeared to yell at one of the staff, though the CCTV footage in the post did not have any audio.
He continued to point at the staff and the plate of food before the staff walked over.
At one point, the man appeared to raise his hand at the staff before the staff returned to the counter, and the man followed behind.

The man continued to scold the staff, and the staff eventually took out cash from the register to refund the man.
The man snatched the cash from the staff's hand and walked away.
Slapped in the face
In another video, the man returns with another person and scolds the staff before they leave in a white car.

According to the police report the staff apparently filed, the man returned to the shop with a friend to demand an apology.
However, after the staff apologised to the man, the man was still not satisfied with the apology and proceeded to slap the staff.
The man also allegedly threatened to wait for him after work.
