Thai transgender woman hits tourist with heels '4 or 5 times' after he touched her genitals to verify gender & then refused to pay

A Thai transgender woman, Mintra, 29, hit a 54-year-old Sri Lankan tourist, Sepala, multiple times over the head with her high heels.

According to Thai media, the incident, which took place in Pattaya, occurred after a dispute over "services".

Police arrived at the scene to find Sepala bleeding from the head on Pattaya Beach Road.

Both he and Mintra were taken to the police station for further questioning.

According to Bangkok Post, Mintran admitted to hitting Sepala multiple times on the head with a high-heeled shoe.

She alleged that the tourist had approached her, and she told him that her "service price" was 2,000 baht (S$79).

According to Bangkok Post, Sepala then asked to touch her genitals to "confirm if she was a biological woman".

She said: “I let him touch once. But when he touched me again without paying, I became upset, and an argument broke out.”

Based on Mintran's recollection, she grabbed Sepala's collar, he pulled hers in return.

This caused a scratch on her chest and she proceeded to hit him "four to five times with a high-heeled shoe".

As for Sepala, he told police he had wanted to "verify" Mintran's "gender due to uncertainty".

He said he was "unconvinced" after his "intimate touch".
