Police looking for driver involved in accident along Bartley Road

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is looking for the driver of a white car that was involved in an accident on Bartley Road on Jun. 14.

In response to Mothership's queries, SPF said they were alerted to an accident on Jun. 14 at about 8:20am.

The car was believed to have self-skidded along Bartley Road, and no injuries were reported.

However, the car driver left the scene before the police arrived, and efforts to trace the driver are underway.

Police investigations are ongoing, SPF added.

According to Lianhe Zaobao, the car apparently crashed into a tree on Bartley Road heading towards Braddell.

In pictures from Lianhe Zaobao readers, the car was stopped in the middle of three lanes.

The front of the car was severely damaged, with the front bumper almost falling off.
