
BTS members RM, V, Jungkook, and Jimin have officially completed their mandatory military service.
RM and V were discharged on Jun. 10, followed by Jungkook and Jimin on Jun. 11.
All four members enlisted in December 2023.
The milestone follows the discharge of members Jin and j-hope, who completed their military service in 2024.
Fans show up in full force
Hundreds of fans gathered to see the return of the members at their respective military bases.
Korean news agencies reported that members RM and V greeted fans at a football field in Chuncheon shortly after their discharge on Jun. 10.

According to Yonhap, both saluted after stepping out of their military bases and thanked fans for their continued support.
RM, who is the leader of the group, also surprised fans by playing the saxophone at his base exit, a gesture he made during band member Jin's discharge last year.

Next up were members Jungkook and Jimin, who received equally enthusiastic cheers from fans as they were discharged on Jun. 11 morning.

The members also posted heartfelt messages on Instagram, celebrating their military milestone with fans.

To mark the occasion, BTS management agency HYBE recently wrapped its headquarters in Seoul with the group's logo, the ARMY symbol, and the slogan, “We Are Back”.

What's next?
As of Jun. 11, six of the seven BTS members have completed their military service.
Band member Suga, who is currently serving as a public service agent due to a shoulder injury, will be the last member to be discharged.
According to Korean news agency Korea.net, he is expected to complete his service on Jun. 21.
The group is expected to release new music once all members have reunited.
