Scoot ramps up flights to Perth, Tokyo, Seoul & more, cites higher demand
Clearly this means we should travel more.

Low-cost carrier Scoot will increase its flight frequency to several destinations, following strong expected demand in the coming months.
The destinations are:
- Iloilo City, the Philippines (from Jun. 6)
- Cebu, the Philippines (from Jun. 24)
- Davao, the Philippines (from Aug. 30)
- Perth, Australia (from Aug. 4)
- Sydney, Australia (from Oct. 5)
- Koh Samui, Thailand (from Jun. 24)
- Taipei, Taiwan (from Aug. 2)
- Seoul, South Korea (from Aug. 2)
Previous increases
In its May 9 press release, Scoot noted that it has ramped up services to Bali, Yogyakarta, Taipei, and Taiwan since March.
It has also increased flight frequency to Phu Quoc, an island in Vietnam.
"Scoot remains committed to enhancing its network and connectivity," the airline said in its statement.
It added that it will continue to remain nimble, regularly review its routes, and align itself with evolving travel demands.
