‘I say sorry already’: 2 men, 45 & 55, arrested after fighting at Hougang Green Shopping Mall

Two men, aged 45 and 55, were arrested for affray after getting into a fight at Hougang Green Shopping Mall on Apr. 9.

In a video posted on Facebook group Singapore News, a man in white was seen pinned down by another man wearing orange.

What happened

The man in white shirt could be heard saying, "I say sorry already", as he struggled to get away.

He also appeared to have blood on his face.

Though he managed to get up, he was kicked back down by the other man.

They struggled on the ground for a bit before the man in the white shirt got up again, with the man in orange shirt in pursuit.

The two continued their cat-and-mouse routine until the man in orange shirt pinned the other against a stack of crates.

Several by-standers were seen looking at the pair, with one man eventually going forward to intervene.

Investigations ongoing

In response to queries from Mothership, the police said the 45-year-old man was conveyed conscious to the hospital.

The 55-year-old man suffered injuries but refused conveyance., they added.

Police investigations are ongoing.
