Two men were arrested for allegedly slashing another man with weapons at a Woodlands public housing block void deck on Mar. 10 night.

The chase

Two of the chasing men were carrying weapons that resembled parangs.
The first man tripped and fell, which allowed the rest to close the distance and surround him.
A separate video showed paramedics attending to a man lying on the ground.
