Yes to unlimited drinks?

GU:UM is the sister restaurant of one Michelin-starred NAE:UM.
The restaurant opened in April 2024.

The brunch started with Bruschetta, a Italian classic they've drizzled with fermented plum sauce for a Korean twist.
This was followed by Seafood Pajeon, a scallion potato pancake topped with grilled prawns and squid.
After which was the main dish — the steak brunch platter with different premium cuts of meats and seafood:
- Tajima wagyu striploin in galbi marinade
- Iberico pork collar in fermented fish marinade
- Orange chicken thigh and drumstick in chilli gochujang marinade
- Grilled Atlantic red prawn
The platter also has chargrilled vegetables, Veggie Royale.
The brunch is served with free-flow Korean banchan, which are small side dishes, and Ssam, leafy vegetables to wrap the meat with.
The meal comes with mashed potatoes seasoned with pickles and fermented chilli and the Jumeokbap rice balls mixed with seaweed, roe and sesame.
The finishing touch of the brunch, GU:UM's Injeolmi Tiramisu, consisted of Korean rice cakes and soybean in mousse.
