The Disney Adventure, the Disney cruise ship docked in Singapore, will be implementing a delivery charge for in-room dining orders.
Items are still complimentary, but guests will be charged the "delivery fee" for every order.
While free room service is one of the perks offered aboard Disney Cruise ships, the Disney Adventure will begin implementing a US$5 delivery charge per room service order to staterooms, subject to an 18 per cent gratuity that is automatically added.
Mothership understands that this new policy will be implemented from the Jun. 4 sailing to cope with the high demand for orders on the ship, and will not apply to breakfast card orders.
According to a check of the Disney Cruise Line website, the Disney Adventure has been removed from the list of ships offering room service.
