A car in Punggol has been emitting loud, explosive exhaust noises late at night, and it has caught the attention of irate residents.
The antics of the Honda Civic Type-R driver were recently caught on camera.
Footage showed the driver apparently being confronted on the road by a member of the public.
What footage showed
A video of the incident, which apparently took place at 1am on May 2, showed the car exiting the Punggol Settlement car park, only to be accosted by a person along New Punggol Road.
The video was shot by a person from a block of flats overlooking Punggol Settlement.
Shouted at driver
The person on the road could be heard shouting in a mix of dialect and Mandarin: "Brother, what time is it? You rev how am I going to sleep?"
The car slowed down initially, but subsequently accelerated, resulting in loud revving noises as it pulled away.
Emitted loud noises in car park
Another video of the vehicle in the car park showed it moving forward and reversing.
It was emitting loud rumbling noises continuously.
A person could be heard shouting at one point: "Shut up lah."
One person exited the car, and it appeared that a person in black then approached the vehicle.
The video then cut off.

The licence plate of the vehicle involved has been spotted being put on sale for S$12,000.
