FairPrice Xtra to have durian buffet from S$85 on Jun. 19 to 21, 26 to 28 at selected outlets

NTUC FairPrice is bringing back its all-you-can-eat durian buffet this June, with premium varieties such as mao shan wang and black thorn on the menu.
The 60-minute buffet will be held at FairPrice Xtra Parkway Parade from Jun. 19 to 21 and FairPrice Xtra VivoCity from Jun. 26 to 28.
Tickets start from S$85 per person, while an early bird promotion lets diners get two tickets for S$150, or S$20 off the regular price, if purchased by Jun. 12.What you get for S$85
Every ticket includes unlimited servings of mao shan wang, black thorn, king of king, red prawn, D24 and D13.
Each ticket also comes with up to 300g of mangosteen and one fresh coconut.
The buffet will be held indoors in air-conditioned comfort and run in hourly sessions across both weekends.
Friday sessions are scheduled at 2pm, 3:30pm, 5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm, while Saturday and Sunday sessions begin from 12:30pm.
No takeaways
The buffet is dine-in only, with no takeaway allowed.
FairPrice also said diners are encouraged to consume durians responsibly to minimise food waste.
It added that a S$3 surcharge per 100g will be applied to uneaten durians left on the plate.
According to FairPrice, CDC vouchers can be used for in-store bookings only at customer service counters, but not for online purchases through Eventbrite.
Children below 12 must also be accompanied by an adult.
