A five-room flat at The Pinnacle@Duxton has been sold for S$1.63 million, setting a new price record for a five-room unit at the landmark HDB project.
According to EdgeProp, the flat at Block 1B Cantonment Road was transacted in the past week, surpassing the previous record of S$1.6 million set by another five-room flat in the same project back in August 2025.
The newly sold unit is located on the 43rd to 45th storey and spans around 1,130 sq ft, translating to about S$1,442 per square foot (psf).
It still has around 84 years left on its lease, which began in 2011.

The sale once again puts the spotlight on Pinnacle@Duxton, which has long been seen as one of Singapore’s more recognisable public housing developments due to its central location, accessibility, distinctive design, and million-dollar resale track record.
Still below national overall resale record
Despite setting a new benchmark for Pinnacle@Duxton, the S$1.63 million sale is still below Singapore’s current HDB resale record.
That record was set in April 2026, when a five-room flat at City Vue @ Henderson along Henderson Road was sold for S$1.73 million.
The unit at Block 96A Henderson Road was located between the 46th to 48th storey and measured around 1,216 sq ft, working out to about S$1,421 psf.
