Singaporean socialite and beauty mogul Kim Lim has announced the death of her grandmother, aged 107.

The tribute was posted to her Instagram on Apr. 16, alongside photographs of the funeral.

In the post's caption, she said: "I don't usually post sad things, but my grandma meant too much to us".

Matriarch who took care of the family

Lim was pictured by her late grandmother's casket, surrounded by wreaths.

She said her grandmother "took full care of Kiat and I and then Kyden until she was 100+".

Lim noted: "She was 107, so we should be celebrating her life."

Kim Lim, 34, and her brother Kiat Lim, 32, are the children of Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim, 72.

Eight-year-old Kyden is Kim's son with her ex-husband Kho Bin Kai.

Lim has another one-year-old son conceived through in vitro fertilisation, according to The Straits Times.

In a separate Instagram post, Lim shared photos of herself, her late grandmother and her two sons at a birthday celebration.

In the caption, she wrote the date Apr. 12, 2026, accompanied by "always in our hearts".

"Thank you for always loving me, Kiat & Kyden, the most. Love you, Ahma. May you rest in much peace and now be reunited with Ah Kong. Love you."
