There are now 55 billionaires in Singapore in 2026, up from 49 in 2025.
According to Forbes' 2026 World's Billionaires list released on Mar. 10, Taiwan-based Advanced Semiconductor Engineering chairman Jason Chang, 81, ranked first among Singapore billionaires with a net worth of US$14.2 billion (S$18 billion).
Top billionaires in Singapore
Co-founder and president of China's supplier medical devices supplier Mindray Li Xiting came in second with a net worth of US$11.2 billion (S$14 billion).
Singapore private property developer Far East Organisation's bosses and brothers Phillip and Robert Ng came next in the third and fourth position, with fortunes of US$7.2 billion (S$9.1 billion) and US$7.1 billion (S$9 billion) respectively.
Technology company Sea Limited's founder Forrest Li placed fifth with a net worth of US$6.8 billion (S$8.6 billion).
Hotpot chain Haidilao boss Zhang Yong ranked sixth in Singapore's top 10 billionaires with an accumulated net worth of US$6.7 billion (S$8.5 billion).
He is followed by Shanghai-based advertising company Focus Media CEO Jason Jiang, who has an estimated US$4.7 billion (S$5.9 billion) net worth.
The eighth-richest person in Singapore is China hotel operator H World Group's executive chairman Ji Qi with US$4.2 billion (S$5.3 billion).
Kuok Koon Hong, founder of palm oil producer Wilmar International, ranked ninth with a fortune of US$4.1 billion (S$5.2 billion).
Singapore's 10th-richest person is late paint tycoon Goh Cheng Liang's granddaughter April Goh with a net worth of S$4 billion (S$5 billion) after inheriting US$3.4 billion (S$4.3 billion) following her grandfather's death.
