Man in China cries & bangs head on wall after male doctor examines pregnant wife at hospital

A man in China did not take things well when he realised that a male doctor would be examining his pregnant wife.

According to Sin Chew Daily, the incident occurred at a hospital in Changchun, China.

He was reportedly heard shouting, "I'll get a divorce tomorrow," and "I don't want to live anymore! I will die in this hospital today!"

Broke down

The man was also filmed running and banging his head against the wall as hospital staff tried to calm him down.

He then fell to the ground as he continued shouting that he did not want to live anymore.

Medical staff then brought him a wheelchair and an oxygen tank to calm him down.

All in accordance with regulations

The hospital later reportedly said that the medical procedures were in accordance with regulations, and female medical personnel were present during the examination conducted by the male doctor.

A hospital staff member stated that this was not a medical dispute.

The hospital reassured the pregnant woman after her consultation, and she and her family have since left the hospital.

The staff member added that due to patient privacy, they could not disclose any personal information.
