The car driver subsequently exited the vehicle to check on the rider who was on the road.

The matter is under police investigation, Aetos added.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) confirmed that one person was conveyed to Woodlands Hospital.
Responses
Responses to the incident were divided.
Those who blamed the car driver said he was changing lanes at a bend, which he should not have done.
Those who blamed the motorcyclist said he could have travelled slower in preparation to stop along the road that was experiencing a build-up in traffic.
However, some noted that the motorcycle's brake lights did come on when approaching the car that had cut into its lane.
