Former PropertyLimBrothers co-founder & VP step down from KW S'pore leadership roles

Former PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) co-founder Melvin Lim and vice president of strategy Grayce Tan are no longer with KW Singapore, a franchised real estate agency founded by Lim in 2025.

Lim was KW Singapore's founder and operating principal, while Tan was its director of growth.

This comes a day after PLB confirmed that both Lim and Tan have resigned from their roles in PLB amidst allegations of their extramarital affair.

Stepped down

According to The Business Times (BT), KW Singapore said in a Jan. 29 statement that Lim has "stepped back from his duties" as the company's operating principal, while Tan is no longer its director of growth, effective immediately.

On its website, Lim is described as KW Singapore's founder and operating principal.

It entered Singapore's market in July 2025 as part of a franchise of U.S.-based real estate agency Keller Williams Worldwide.

KW Singapore said it is separate from PLB and operates as a standalone business.

Jonathan Lee has been appointed to lead KW Singapore in the interim "to ensure stability and operational continuity".

The company also said that Lee, who was previously the regional director of KW Malaysia, brings with him "extensive regional experience", BT reported.

Lee is also currently a growth consultant for the Keller Williams Worldwide Asia Pacific Hub.

KW Singapore focused on resuming business

KW Singapore also said that it is "prioritising the enhancement of its compliance frameworks, governance processes, and training initiatives."

It will remain focused on providing resources and support for its associates and resuming business as usual.

The real estate agency said it does not "tolerate the dissemination of unfounded rumours, hearsay, or speculative opinions."

BT reported that rumours have circulated in the industry surrounding potential exits.

Mothership had previously reached out to KW Singapore separately for comments but did not receive a response.

PLB was founded by Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim, who met as prison officers, in 2017.

They made a name for themselves by creating home tour videos on social media.

Speculation of Melvin Lim and Grayce Tan's extramarital affair spread after videos which captured the two exiting an office room surfaced.
