PM Lawrence Wong to deliver Budget 2026 speech on Feb. 12 at 3:30pm
He will be addressing cost-of-living issues and education, amongst others.
Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will deliver Singapore's 2026 Budget Statement in Parliament at 3:30pm on Feb. 12, 2026, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced in a statement on Jan. 29.
In Budget 2026, Singaporeans can expect PM Wong, who is also the Finance Minister, to address cost-of-living issues and education, amongst others.
The Budget Statement will be broadcast live on MDDI’s YouTube Parliament livestream, Mediacorp’s and SPH Media’s platforms, as well as on and PM Wong’s YouTube channel.
The Singapore Association for the Deaf will also be providing simultaneous sign language interpretation of the Budget Statement on Channel 5.
Real-time updates of key announcements will also be uploaded onto MOF's social media platforms.

Public engagements and feedback
MOF and various agencies, including Reaching Everyone for Active Citizenry @ Home (REACH) and People’s Association, have been engaging the public in the lead-up to Budget 2026 since December 2025.

REACH will also be holding three in-person Budget Conversations in English, Mandarin, and Malay, on Feb. 19, Mar. 18 and Mar. 24.

Following the Budget announcement, REACH will also organise a series of engagements for members of the public to share their views on Budget 2026 including physical Listening Points set up at various high traffic nodes across Singapore.

PA and its grassroots organisations will also be organising post-Budget dialogues to engage residents and seek their views on Budget 2026 measures.
