An alleged seat dispute in Hong Kong turned physical when an elderly man punched a woman on a crowded train.
He was angry because he believed the woman had blocked his path to the seat, The Standard reported, adding that the man took the seat after punching her.

Prior to this, an Instagram video showed an elderly man wearing a mask standing next to the woman in a black jacket.

He then punched her in the face. The woman then asked other commuters on the train to help her call the police.
Another commuter who witnessed the incident could also be seen attempting to separate them.
Criticised
After punching the woman, the elderly man took his seat.
He was then scolded by other commuters who told him not to get physical and reminded him that there are laws to be followed in Hong Kong.
Following the incident, the Instagram video has since garnered over 3,000 likes and 200 comments.
