A man passed away after a chain collision involving a lorry, car and motorcycle occurred at the junction of Yishun Avenue 3 and Yishun Central on Dec. 14 evening.
Photos of the accident, which were shared on Facebook, showed the front hood of a red car crushed and lodged under the back of a lorry.
A crushed motorcycle could be seen at the rear of the red car.
Paramedics were also seen attending to a person, who was lying on the ground behind a tipped-over motorcycle.

Responding to queries from Mothership, a Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) spokesperson said that it was alerted at about 10:20pm on Dec. 14 to a road traffic accident at the junction of Yishun Avenue 3 and Yishun Central.
A person was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
One person was conveyed to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
SCDF assessed three other persons for minor injuries, and they declined to be sent to the hospital.
