Four people were assessed for smoke inhalation and conveyed to Singapore General Hospital.
In a Nov. 5 Facebook post, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that they were alerted to the fire at 11:15pm.
The fire, which involved a PMA at a lift lobby on the eighth floor, was put out with water jets by firefighters.
200 persons were evacuated from the affected block as a precautionary measure.

"Motorised devices which are modified, not properly maintained, or charged using non-original chargers pose a fire risk," SCDF reminded in its post.
