Bullies tattoo 'p*ssy' on forehead of Thai boy, 10, multiple laser sessions needed to remove it
A local tattooist had stepped in to offer free removal.
A 10-year-old boy from western Thailand was left traumatised after classmates allegedly tattooed the obscene word “p**ssy” across his forehead using a makeshift tattoo gun, the New York Post reported.
The boy, identified as Kao, was reportedly coerced by older children to let them tattoo the vulgarity on his forehead.
They also drew crude designs on his arms and legs.
Removal of tattoos
Photographs of the boy’s injuries began circulating on Thai social media earlier this month, sparking public outrage and calls for accountability.
Local eyebrow tattoo artist Janjira “Frame” Kaewket, who runs a beauty salon, offered to remove the tattoos free of charge using laser treatment.
“I was shocked that someone would dare tattoo such a young child,” Frame said, according to The Daily Express UK.
She added that the bullies had used “a sewing needle attached to a pen” to puncture the skin.
The first laser removal session took about 15 minutes, though anaesthetic cream was applied for about an hour because of the boy’s age.
Kaewket said the tattoos were shallow and would likely require about three sessions to be fully removed.
She also removed more than ten smaller markings on the boy’s legs.

The artist said the boy told her he had “simply followed the instructions of older children”, suggesting that he had been pressured into participating.
Public reaction
The incident drew widespread condemnation online, with many describing the act as cruel and inhumane.
“Shame on those that did this to him,” one wrote.
“Who would be so cruel?” another said.
Others praised Kaewket for helping the boy at no cost and said that, “not all heroes wear capes”.
Under Thai law, individuals under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent before receiving a tattoo.
Local authorities have not confirmed whether an investigation has been launched.
