3,294 Yishun, Bedok & Sengkang BTOs with under 3 years waiting time to launch in Oct. 2025
There will also be projects in Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Jurong East and Toa Payoh.
3,294 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats with wait times of less than three years will launch in October 2025, the Housing Development Board (HDB) announced in an Oct. 12 news release.
The flats will be offered across four projects in Bedok, Sengkang and Yishun and comprise a range of flat types, including community care apartments (CCA) for seniors.
With the October launch, the total number of shorter waiting time flats launched in 2025 will reach 4,690, surpassing HDB's goal of 4,500.
October's sales exercise will see a total of 9,100 flats be put on offer, including the shorter waiting time flats.
Yishun Glade

Bounded by Yishun Street 31 and Yishun Ring Road, Yishun Glade will comprise four 15-storey residential blocks with 569 units of two-room Flexi and four-room flats.
The estimated waiting time will be two years and seven months, HDB said.
Yishun Glade will be situated near Junction 9, Yishun Mall and Yishun Public Library.
Khatib Bongsu Park Connector linking to Yishun Pond Park is also nearby.
The estate will feature recreational facilities such as children's playgrounds, fitness stations, a rooftop garden and a therapeutic garden.
The project will also feature a senior care centre.
"Drawing inspiration from the nearby Sungei Khatib Bongsu Mangrove, Yishun Glade is designed with lush greenery reflecting its green surroundings," HDB described.
Chencharu Grove

The second project in Yishun is Chencharu Grove and will be situated along Bah Soon Pah Road and Chencharu Link.
It will comprise six residential blocks with a total of 826 flats, ranging from two-room Flexi to five-room flats.
There will also be a 418-unit single room shared facilities public rental block, which will replace the facility's pilot site at the former Anderson Junior College hostel at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 8.
The estimated waiting time for the project is two years and seven months.
Residents can look forward to recreational facilities such as fitness corners, children's playgrounds, a communal garden and a preschool.
Khatib Central, Wisteria Mall, Northpoint City and Yishun Park Hawker Centre are nearby.
There will also be a proposed mixed-use development near Chencharu Grove, which will feature a hawker centre, retail shops and a bus interchange.
Fernvale Plains

Bounded by Fernvale Drive, Fernvale Link and Fernvale Street, Fernvale Plains will comprise five residential blocks ranging from 23 to 26 storeys in height.
It will also include a rental block.
The project's estimated waiting time is two years and eight months.
Fernvale Plains will offer 830 units of two-room Flexi, four-room and five-room flats.
There will also be 207 CCA units, which is the fifth CCA project to be launched, according to HDB.
Near the estate are Seletar Mall and Fernvale Community Club with its integrated hawker centre.
Kupang LRT station will connect residents to Sengkang MRT and LRT stations, Sengkang bus interchange and Compass One in Sengkang town.
"Fernvale Plains will feature two distinctive gardens with amenities for all ages," HDB wrote.
These include children's playgrounds for young families, fitness stations for active residents and a hardcourt for recreational activities.
There will also be a rooftop garden and a preschool for young children.
Ping Yi Court

In the East, Ping Yi Court along Chai Chee Street will comprise 15-storey residential blocks with 862 flats, ranging from two-room Flexi to third-gen flats.
The project's waiting time is estimated at two years and nine months.
"The development features a distinctive courtyard design, with blocks thoughtfully arranged around the site's perimeter to create communal spaces that promote resident interaction and community bonding," HDB wrote.
Amenities include a pre-school, rooftop garden, playgrounds and fitness stations.
As for food and retail options, Kaki Bukit 511 Market and Food Centre and Bedok Mall will be nearby.
Heartbeat@Bedok — which houses a community club, library, swimming complex and sport centre — will also be nearby.
Transport-wise, Ping Yi Court residents will be served by Bedok and Kembangan MRT stations as well as bus services along Chai Chee Street.
Other projects in October's launch
Apart from the four projects with shorter waiting time flats, HDB will also be offering projects in Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Bukit Merah, Jurong East and Toa Payoh.
"More details on the projects, including their classification categories, will be shared during the upcoming October sales exercise," HDB said.
