A 38-year-old man died following an accident along the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) towards Tuas on Oct. 3 evening.
A motorcyclist was unconscious when he was taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, the police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force said.
They were alerted to the accident involving a motorcycle and a trailer truck at about 6:15pm.
The man subsequently died in hospital.
The police are investigating.
A video put up online showed a motorcycle lodged in the back of a red trailer truck.
Blood could be seen on the road.
The motorcyclist could be seen on the ground.
Other motorcyclists stopped to help.
Social media posts identified the victim as a Malaysian working in Singapore.
