Ya Kun has high tea set from S$60++ at Fullerton Hotel till Aug. 31

From now till Aug. 31, local toast chain Ya Kun Kaya Toast will be presenting an exclusive high tea experience in celebration of Singapore's 60th birthday.

Dubbed “Memory Lane Afternoon Tea”, this limited-time menu is a collaboration with The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore.

Paying tribute to familiar local flavours, the menu incorporates a taste of Ya Kun's signature ingredients.

Highlights include:

Chilli Crab, Chilli Crab Sauce, Kohlrabi, Caviar, Bun

Nyonya-style Curry Chicken, Crispy Rice, Potato Bun

Pandan Kaya

Classic Scones & Coconut Pandan Scones

Kopi Tiramisu

Each set also includes a serving of Ya Kun coffee or tea and a Nanyang Breeze mocktail - a blend of coconut, pandan, Gula Melaka, and pineapple.

Prices start from S$60++ per adult and S$30++ per child (ages six to 11).

The experience will be available at The Courtyard (The Fullerton Hotel) and The Landing Point (The Fullerton Bay Hotel), with two seating sessions daily.

Live Kopi brewing

For those who want a more authentic dining experience, a live brewing station will be set up at The Courtyard (The Fullerton Hotel) on Aug. 2, 3, 9, and 10.

Diners can watch Ya Kun representatives hand-pull kopi and teh - the traditional way.
