The human resource chief caught on a roving kiss cam with her boss at a Coldplay concert has resigned.

Kristin Cabot, chief people officer of U.S. tech company Astronomer, is no longer with the company, reported BBC.

This follows the departure of Andy Byron, Astronomer's former CEO, who resigned earlier on Jul. 19.

Both parties were previously placed on leave after the company's board of directors launched a formal investigation.

The duo had their alleged affair exposed after a roving camera at the Jul. 16 Coldplay concert caught them in a close embrace, before both dodged for cover.

"Uh-oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy," lead singer Chris Martin could be heard saying.

A video of them hastily fleeing from the camera's gaze subsequently went viral.

This prompted Martin to jokingly warn fans about the cam at later concerts.

"We're going to use our cameras, and put some of you on the big screen," he told audiences.
