Either an affair or very shy: Tech CEO caught on jumbocam hugging HR chief at Coldplay concert

A snippet of a Coldplay concert has gone viral after a tech company's CEO, Andy Byron, and his human resource chief Kristin Cabot were caught in a close embrace.

However, it was their reaction to being featured on the Jumbotron that raised eyebrows.

And here's another angle of the reveal with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin saying, "Either they're having an affair or they're just very shy."

Byron ducked, while Cabot turned away and covered her face.

According to Cabot's Linkedin, she had started work at Astronomer in November 2024.

Newsweek cited Cabot as referring to herself as an "influential leader and fearless change-agent" who led by example and won trust with employees at all levels, "from CEOs to managers to assistants".

It also noted Byron praising Cabot in November saying she was a proven leader at multiple growth-stage companies and highlighted her passion for "fostering diverse, collaborative workplaces".

The fallout from the viral video has resulted in what appears to be Byron's wife deleting her Facebook page as well.

But before she did, she reportedly removed her married name earlier in the day.
