Decomposing body found hanging from a tree near KL restaurant
No form of documentation was found on the body.
The decomposed body of a man was found hanging from a tree opposite Hard Rock Cafe along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The body was discovered on Wednesday (May 14) in a state of decomposition, according to Malaysia media Sin Chew Daily.
The man's identity has yet to be confirmed, reported New Straits Times and The Star, citing Dang Wangi district Police Chief Assistant Commissioner Sulizmie Affendy Sulaiman.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the man was found hanging from a large tree branch with a black wire around his neck.
He was wearing a grey shirt, bright blue shorts with a belt, and one blue slipper.
No form of documentation was found on the body.
The body has been sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for a post-mortem.
The case has been classified as a sudden death.
