Man, 35, apprehended by police outside 1 Raffles Place
A 35-year-old man was apprehended.

A video showing a man being apprehended by police near 1 Raffles Place have been making the rounds on social media.
In the video, a man is shown being apprehended by four officers and two men in shirts.
The video is subtitled, but it's hard to make out what the man is actually saying, so it's unclear if the subtitles are accurate.
Responding to queries from Mothership, the police said they received a call for assistance at 1 Raffles Place at about 3pm on Apr. 17, 2025.
A 35-year-old man was apprehended under Section 7 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008.
No injuries were reported.
