Chinese woman, 43, blocked doors & delayed entire train just so friend who was late could board train

A 43-year-old female passenger from Shenzhen was detained after she stopped the doors of a train at Shenzhen North Railway Station to stall just long enough for her friends to catch the train.

According to Chinese media, her behaviour constituted obstructing the "normal operation of transportation vehicles" by the police.

A video of her antics has gone viral, and was even picked up by SCMP.

In the video, it was noted that a lot of people were angry with the woman's actions.

The woman was eventually detained at another stop.
