Even though Low, 68, stepped down as a parliamentarian prior to the 2020 general elections, he has still been seen on the ground with WP as recently as end-2024.
When asked by a resident then if he was "retired" or contesting in GE2025, Low had said then, "We got a younger generation that can move the party forward. They can do much better than me."
