A potential candidate?

The chief executive officer (CEO) of Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Dinesh Vasu Dash, is reportedly resigning in the coming days.
According to Lianhe Zaobao, its sources shared that with Dinesh's resignation, he is expected to run in the upcoming general election.
Who is he?
49-year-old Dinesh served in the Singapore Armed Forces for over twenty years.
He left as a brigadier-general and joined the Ministry of Health (MOH).
At MOH, Dinesh was appointed the group director of MOH's crisis strategy and operations group during the Covid-19 pandemic.
He was also behind the nationwide Covid-19 vaccination push, the Straits Times stated.
He was among 32 people to receive the Public Service Star Award for his contributions to fighting the pandemic.
Dinesh then left MOH to join AIC, a subsidiary of MOH Holdings, to serve as its chief executive.
Dinesh received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore before pursuing his Master of Science in Defence Technology at Cranfield University.
He later earned a Master of Business Administration degree at Nanyang Technological University.
Could he be the sixth?
If Dinesh does resign, he will join the slew of other people with extensive careers in the public service who have resigned from their posts ahead of the 2025 general election.
Zaobao contacted AIC for comment, who replied that Dinesh still leads the agency.
