63,000 S'pore public healthcare staff to receive pay raise of up to 7%

In a move to retain and attract talent in the healthcare sector, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced salary adjustments for 63,000 public healthcare workers.
According to MOH, 37,000 allied health professionals (AHPs), pharmacists, and administrative, ancillary and support (AAS) staff will receive pay bumps of up to 7 per cent from Jul. 1, 2025.
26,000 public healthcare nurses will get salary adjustments of up to 4 per cent to keep pace with market trends.

MOH said healthcare workers will continue to receive annual salary increments to keep pace with inflation.
“Our healthcare workers are the driving force behind good care. Such salary reviews are conducted regularly to ensure salaries are competitive relative to the market.”
