The dog owner is apparently scared of one of the dogs after it bit her.

A woman in Singapore, who moved into a newly-built executive condominium in Punggol three years ago, said she had expected to enjoy pleasant times with her family in their new home.
Instead, they have been dealing with the overwhelming stench of their neighbours' dog faeces for the past few years.
Horrible stench
Chen (transliterated) told Shin Min Daily News that her family lives on the ground floor of the condominium, which has a balcony.
They had originally planned to place their dining table on the balcony so they could enjoy the view while having their meals.
However, she soon discovered that her neighbours were keeping their pet dogs on their balcony, where the animals ate, drank, and relieved themselves.
The neighbours initially owned two dogs and got a third one in 2025.
Faeces left uncleared
According to Chen, the dog owners are a couple with two daughters, and the husband is usually responsible for cleaning the balcony.
However, when he travels for work, the dog faeces may be left uncleared for up to a week.
As a result, flies are attracted to the area and sometimes even enter her home, she said.
Videos provided by Chen showed the dogs on the balcony, along with several piles of faeces on the floor.
Chen said she had reported the issue to both the authorities and the condominium management, but the problem allegedly persisted.
She added that her family can no longer use the balcony and are planning to move out in two years.
Dog owner scared of dog
A Shin Min reporter later spoke to a woman at the unit that owns the dogs.
She admitted that she and her partner have been keeping the dogs at the balcony.
She explained that their newest dog had bitten her shortly after it arrived, leaving her afraid to step onto the balcony.
As a result, her husband is responsible for cleaning up after the dogs.
When he is away on business trips, there is no one else available to do so, she said.
The woman also revealed that the authorities have visited her home and informed her that a complaint had been lodged.
She added that she gave away the dog that bit her a few weeks ago, and has since brought the remaining dogs into the house.
"We will be more careful about the balcony," she said.
