Arson in M'sia: 4 person in Klang pour flammable liquid & set 2 vehicles on fire
The victim told the police he heard an explosion before discovering the vehicles were already engulfed in flames.

Police in Malaysia are searching for four men who allegedly set two cars on fire outside a house in Kapar, Klang.
A 57-second CCTV clip of the incident has circulated online, showing the suspects arriving on two motorcycles before carrying out the attack in front of the residence.
Victim woke up after hearing explosion
According to The Star, the vehicles belonged to a 55-year-old welder living in a residential area in Kapar near Klang.
North Klang district police chief ACP S. Vijaya Rao said the man realised something was wrong after hearing an explosion at around 12:12am on Apr. 29.
“The fire was successfully extinguished with the help of neighbours. The incident resulted in both vehicles sustaining approximately 30 per cent damage,” he said in a statement.
CCTV shows suspects arriving on motorcycles before setting cars ablaze
Footage circulating online shows two motorcycles pulling up outside the house shortly after midnight.
Four individuals wearing helmets and face coverings are then seen approaching the parked vehicles.
In the clip, two of them appear to smash the vehicle windows before another pours liquid believed to be petrol onto the cars. Moments later, flames break out.
The group then flees the scene on the motorcycles.
“A review of closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage revealed four men on two motorcycles who smashed the vehicle windows and splashed petrol before setting both vehicles on fire,” Vijaya Rao said.
Police said the victim heard an explosion before discovering the vehicles were already engulfed in flames.
Police tracking suspects involved
Police are currently attempting to identify the four individuals involved in the incident.
Vijaya Rao urged the public not to speculate about the case.
Authorities have not said whether the attack was targeted or linked to any dispute.
