New house.
Local actress He Ying Ying, 31, bought her first apartment recently.
In her Instagram post, she was seen rolling a pineapple in her new home.
Here's a nifty explainer on the practice.
She also said she was "so excited to transform this space and truly call it my own".
In an interview with Lianhe Zaobao, the actress explained more about this milestone purchase.
He said she had never lived alone, as she did not even live in a dormitory during her university days, so it was something she wanted to experience.
Calling herself a decisive person, she also said the house hunting went smoothly, and she found the house she wanted in just two months.
When asked how much she spent on the new home, she laughed and revealed that after paying the down payment, she suddenly felt "very poor".
And while she had been wondering if she should go for a vacation during her downtime, the new financial responsibility made her reconsider that decision.
She also talked about what it meant to buy this house.
She said: "This is the biggest purchase I've ever made. Before this, it might have been a car, but just looking at the money, the scale is completely different."
She said she never knew what it felt like to be "an adult", and that now she finally feels like she is one, and that she is ready to have her own space.
The new house is a 10-minute drive from her parents' house, and she will move in with her three cats.
The local artiste was spotted on campus when she was going for class, and asked to join Mediacorp’s talent scouting competition Hey Gorgeous in 2015.
She emerged as one of the top three contestants.
