Its value later rose sharply and was estimated to have reached HK$200 million (S$32.4 million) at its peak — nearly 15 times its original purchase price.

Chow first listed the property for sale in 2022 for HK$220 million (S$35.6 million), as reported by HK01, before lowering the asking price to HK$195 million (S$33.5 million) in 2024.
