Jiayou, Baby Ginny.
Five-month-old Baby Ginny has finally gotten her S$2.4 million Zolgensma dose.
In an Instagram post on Apr. 9, she could be seen receiving the life-saving medication via intravenous injection.
While she fretted a bit at first, she was generally well-behaved and hospital staff could be heard praising her in the background.

"Thank you all you kind people for making it possible for me.

About SMA
Baby Ginny suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), a rare and debilitating genetic condition.
It occurs once in every 10,000 to 12,000 births, which translates to two to three new cases in Singapore each year.
To get her the Zolgensma — a one-time gene therapy which can stop disease progression in its tracks — her parents launched a fundraiser on Ray of Hope.
In just 10 days, they met their S$2.4 million fundraising goal, thanks to over 35,000 donors.
