Different people delivered the packages, but the handwriting of the notes looked the same, the woman said.

A woman in Thailand was alarmed to find flirtatious messages handwritten on multiple packages delivered to her house.

Under the username Kornkanok Chaemchamras, she shared photos of these packages on Facebook, and said that she was afraid for her safety, Bangkok Post reported.

"You are cute, hope you order often," one of the messages said in Thai.

"I like you," read another, accompanied by a heart and a smiley face.

These messages appeared to be written by hand with a similarly looking blue marker.

Harassment

Chaemchamras called the messages "clear harassment", and questioned whether a delivery employee should be behaving this way.

"I tried calling the company to report it, but I could not get through," she said, as quoted and translated by Bangkok Post.

According to The Thaiger, she named the delivery company in her post — J&T Express.

"When I checked, it was not the same employee delivering the parcels, yet the handwriting looked exactly the same."

In the past, each time she gets something delivered to her house, she would not see the courier. She usually lets them leave packages at her doorstep rather than go out and collect them.

After she started receiving the inappropriate messages on her packages, however, she decided to receive them in person.

"I went out by myself. I did not look at the box straight away, and when I later saw that there was writing on it again, I called the first delivery worker who had delivered to me."

"He told me that his friend wrote it. After this, would I even dare to order anything again? This is really terrible. So what am I supposed to do when I can’t do anything at all? Honestly, I feel really awful."

Action taken

The delivery company has responded and taken action, Chaemchamras shared in an update on Dec. 22.

J&T Express contacted her directly both over the phone and in a letter, she said.

They apologised for the incident, and have issued a warning to the employee who was involved.

In her post, Chaemchamras expressed appreciation to the company for taking action to resolve the issue, and said she hoped similar incidents would not happen to others in the future.
