U.S. President Donald Trump held his final Cabinet meeting of the year on Dec. 2, 2025.

In his 30-minute address, Trump spoke on a wide range of topics including domestic topics such as affordability and immigration issues.

Global issues such as climate change were broached, as well as his tariff policies.

Specifically, he justified these tariffs by once again commenting on the actions of the U.S.'s allies.

Addressing the tariffs he had imposed, Trump called out allies that had been "ripping off" the U.S. for years.

Trump said he would not use names, but then specifically went on to use names.

"I won't use the names. I won't mention Japan. I refuse to mention South Korea. I will not mention names" he said, to laughter from his Cabinet.

Trump then said he would send out dividend cheques from the tariffs to Americans.
