Bukit Panjang LRT to close on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026 for system renewal works
Commuters may take existing bus services to continue with their journeys.

Bukit Panjang LRT will be closed on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026, for system renewal works, The Land Transport Authority said on Facebook on Dec. 26.
The purpose is to migrate to the refurbished Operations Control Centre.
Alternate travel options
In light of the upcoming closure, LTA said commuters may take existing bus services to continue with their journeys.
LRT Shuttle B will also run in the direction of BPLRT Service B — Choa Chu Kang to Bukit Panjang, via Petir — every five to 15 minutes.
