A delivery driver surnamed Lin (transliteration) told Shin Min Daily News that when he passed by the accident site at around 10:30am, a tow truck and ambulance were at the scene.

About one-and-a-half hours later, when Lin passed by again, he saw police officers there.

There was also a large pool of blood on the road, said Lin.

Pictures published in Shin Min taken by Lin showed a black car and red motorcycle on the expressway.
