More than 20 baby lobsters supposedly hatch in sink as momma lobster prepared to be cooked

A lobster's eggs appeared to have hatched in a kitchen sink after many newborn lobsters could be seen around it.
A Threads video by a Malaysian user was posted on Nov. 4, showing the lobster in a sink.
Gave birth
At least 10 of its babies could be seen scurrying around.
The video was captioned: "The lobster just had to reproduce right as it's about to be cooked."
According to the University of Maine, female lobsters carry eggs internally for nine to 12 months before carrying them externally attached to her for the same duration.
Once the eggs hatch, the mother releases the newborn lobsters by fanning her swimmerets.
