Bishan maisonette resale flat sold for record S$1.6 million

An executive maisonette Housing and Development Board (HDB) resale flat in Bishan was sold for a record S$1.6 million on Nov. 15, 2025.

The unit is located in Block 135 Bishan Street 12, according to HDB's resale transaction listing on its website.

New record in the area

The unit, situated above the 22nd floor, offers a generous 1,755 sq ft of living space.

It comes with a remaining lease of 60 years and eight months.

The sale surpassed the previous record of S$1.58 million for another maisonette flat in the same estate at Block 194 Bishan Street 13, which was also located above the 22nd floor in July 2025.

Shopping options like Junction 8 is just within 1km.
