M'sia secondary school boys throw stones & threaten to stab female classmate 300 times
The boys were suspended for three days with one transferred out of the class.
Another bullying case has taken place in Malaysia.
Sin Chew Daily reported that on Oct. 22, 2025, two boys in a Kuching secondary school bullied their female classmate in the classroom.
Bullying
One of them not only threw stones at her back and head, but also used foul language to intimidate her.
Both male students also threatened to stab her 300 times after sexually assaulting her. This was in reference to the recent stabbing case in Malaysia.
According to Sin Chew Daily, the two bullies also made obscene jokes about recent rape and murder cases on campus.
The female victim, who was extremely frightened, broke down and cried on the spot.
She then complained about the incident to the school.
Complaint
The female victim returned home agitated and trembling, according to lawyer Foo Xiang Wei.
Foo, who is also director of the Sarawak United People's Party's Public Complaints Bureau, confirmed on Oct. 23 that he received a complaint from the girl's parents.
The complaint stated that the girl was physically and verbally bullied by two male classmates in the classroom which seriously affected her mental state.
Her parents also accompanied her to make a police report.
The school then called for a parent-teacher conference on Oct. 23.
All parties, including the perpetrators' fathers, attended the meeting.
The police also attended the conference to investigate the situation.
Punishment
In view of the perpetrators' actions, the police issued them a verbal warning.
The police also told the bullies to apologise to the victim in person.
The school also decided to suspend the bullies for three days and transfer them out of the class.
Psychological counselling
While the school allowed the victim to take one day off, her parents extended her leave until Oct. 30.
This is because they were worried about her psychological trauma and arranged for her to receive psychological counselling.
Foo pointed out that this shows the issue of school bullying can no longer be ignored.
Previous case
This comes after a recent fatal stabbing case in Malaysia, where a 14-year-old was charged with the murder of 16-year-old Yap Shing Xuen.
She was found with multiple stab wounds and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police later seized two knives and a kerambit believed to have been used in the attack.
