Motorcyclist collides with PMA carrying man, 63, & boy, 6, on Hill Street
The boy was pictured crying at the scene.
Two people were sent to the hospital after a motorcycle collided with a personal mobility aid (PMA) along Hill Street on Oct. 3.
In response to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Police Force (SPF) confirmed that officers were alerted to the incident, that occurred towards Victoria Street, at 10:10am.
Three people fell from impact, boy seen crying
A dashcam video shared on the Roads.sg Facebook page on Oct. 6 captured a motorcycle in the first lane approaching a traffic light crossing while the light was green.
A PMA crossing while the pedestrian light was red was then struck by the motorcycle on its right side.
Both riders, including a pillion on the PMA, fell to the ground from the impact.

PMA rider assisting with investigations
The police confirmed that the incident involved a 22-year-old male motorcyclist, a 63-year-old male PMA rider, and a six-year-old boy.
The boy was a passenger on the PMA.
The PMA rider is assisting with investigations.
Responding to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said that two persons were taken to Singapore General Hospital.
The Active Mobility Act in Singapore only allows one rider per PMA, as the devices are meant for people with mobility difficulties.
Devices resembling PMAs but equipped with extra seats are considered personal mobility devices (PMDs), which may be used on cycling and shared paths but not on footpaths.
Police investigations are ongoing.
