WhatsappIsraeli vlogger Nuseir Yassin, better known as Nas Daily, has stirred controversy again for apparently entering Malaysia to film a video, despite the country's ban on Israeli passport holders.

Yassin appeared to be in Johor Bahru, Malaysia in a video posted on Oct. 24, where he was promoting a start up community called The Network School.

Johor landmarks were featured in the video, including the Forest City and even a beachside view of Singapore just across the sea.

Israeli passport holders are banned from visiting Malaysia unless they have express permission from the Home Affairs ministry, as both countries do not maintain diplomatic ties due to their stance on Palestine.

Yassin himself previously made a video about being unable to visit Malaysia.

Yassin's new video was reposted on X by Malaysian Member of Parliament (MP) Lim Lip Eng, who captioned the post "Isn’t this Nuseir Yassin an Israeli citizen?" while tagging Malaysia's Ministry of Home Affairs.

Netizens took to Lim's comment section to question Yassin's presence in the country.

"How come Israelis entered Malaysia? Anyone gonna [be] responsible on this?"

"I hate hearing the dual citizenship excuse. This is not the first time he has entered our country. He should be banned regardless of which country's passport he uses."

"He got another passport from St. Ettiene i think."

Yassin had previously entered Malaysia via Singapore's land crossing in 2022 after spending US$150,000 (S$194,199) to acquire a Saint Kitts and Nevis passport in the Caribbean, which grants visa-free access to 156 countries out of 199.

He made a video detailing his visit.

He also unsuccessfully attempted to enter Malaysia from Singapore in 2018 but was stopped due to his Israeli passport.
